lateinit val KEEP replaces Assign-Once Properties one, here is the corresponding discussion.
TL;DR Update: We propose to introduce lateinit val declaration supporting smartcasts and a standard AssignOnce delegate that does not support smartcasts.
lateinit val compiles to AssignOnce-delegated property.
