Is it intentional that "Name based descructuring" and "Map.Entry" are listed twice on the release notes page <https://kotlinlang.org/docs/whatsnew2320.html>? Once under experimental new features and then under language/standard library

Yes, this is intentional. If someone wants to read about only language features they can read it all in the Language section without having to jump around. But if they want to see about all stable features across the different categories, they can read about them in the New features (Stable) section.
