When running an iOS app on macOS (e.g. through TestFlight), pasting text into a TextField results in the text being pasted twice. Is this a known issue?

Just one more data point: doesn't seem like it always happens, doesn't happen with the KotlinConf app for example

Hi! If you have a reproducer, please file an issue in our YouTrack.

It might take me a while to reproduce it. Meanwhile, from these responses, I guess no one else is experiencing this issue?
Setup: • KMP app • Compose Multiplatform • using
BasicTextField
+
TextFieldState
• no platform-specific text handling Problem: • Cmd+V paste duplicates text (e.g.
hello
->
hellohello
) • only happens on macOS running the iOS app via TestFlight • does NOT happen on actual iOS devices or Android Additional clues: • macOS Edit menu items (Copy/Paste/etc) stay disabled • right-click context menu does not show Paste • suggests Compose text field is not being recognized as a native text responder on macOS Apple logs show Compose internals like:
IntermediateTextInputUIView
plus lots of
RemoteTextInput
/ input session churn around paste. This makes me suspect a Compose iOS/macOS text-input bridge issue rather than app logic — possibly Cmd+V being processed twice through UIKit/AppKit bridging.
@zsmb is that KotlinConf app an ios app or macos app?

KotlinConf app is only an iOS app, if it's configured correctly, which I hope it is 😄
Managed to reproduce the double paste now, will create an issue and add the reproducer
