FY just opened a PR to apply some convenient changes(fixes?) to the McpFilters.OpenTelemetryTracing

thanks for the contrib. BTW - we are about to publish a breaking change to the MCP SDK which introduces sealed error types to all capabilities. This brings everything into line with ToolResponses (Ok, Error). It's slightly more ceremony if you're using resources, prompts and completions, but will overall be a better change because users of those capabilities will be able to tell the difference between a protocol and domain level error.

Expect a new version over the weekend 🙂
