Anyone know if there's a specific reason the `Material3` function uses an <https://github.com/androidx/androidx/blob/androidx-main/compose/material3/material3/src/commonMain/kotlin/androidx/compose/material3/MaterialTheme.kt#L61|expression body>? I've always seen content emitting functions use a block body.

There was a discussion about expression vs. body in one of the compose channels. Outcome: it makes no difference.
