Is server reflection for the gRPC implementation available?

I know there is an open issue about client reflection but I haven't found anything about server reflection.

I checked how can I solve it and basically is creating a "simple service" which adds all descriptors, so maybe it is easy to address it if that service is generated.

On my side without the compiler it would be adding manually the descriptors or trying to "hack" it via generating things with Gradle or using reflection in the JVM.
