TestBalloon reaches 1.0 👀

I've been following TestBalloon since it was just a prototype, and I'm impressed by how far Oliver and Bernd have been able to push it.

Nowadays, TestBalloon is the preferred runner for Prepared, and powers the entire OpenSavvy fleet. It's the only non-JetBrains compiler plugin we accept to use, because it's the only one we haven't had issues with.
