Btw intellij in versions toml is offering a 3.5.0 version, and such version doesnt exist on maven central nor github

Dependency checkers move faster than Maven Central when it comes to reading Maven Central. We're waiting for the artifacts to appear before adding the release in github.

Waiting is unwise because it means those robots don't get the change log. The Maven Central search is an ElasticSearch instance that is updated much more slowly than the actual backing S3 storage.

You can validate the deployment has been fully published with the API and then update the release notes. This will preempt the robots but still beat the search index.

Yeah, we were just discussing this problem earlier after someone logged an issue. It's a bit of a Catch 22 because it causes weirdness either way, though publishing the release and changelog first might be the lesser of two evils.
