Are there any known workarounds for https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-373652/Sustained-100-CPU-on-one-core-in-Android-projects-LintExternalAnnotator-cancel-retry-loop other than switching to android studio? Disabling the Android plugin means disabling the Kotlin Multiplatform plugin, which means losing ios and desktop tooling, like hot reload, as well. this seems like a pretty critical issue, still unaddressed after a year
