• Cleaned up native cross-compilation support checks to prevent Gradle Configuration Cache invalidation (<https://github.com/google/ksp/pull/2953|#2953>)
• Fixed a compilation performance regression in in PsiResolutionStrategy introduced in 2.3.8 (<https://github.com/google/ksp/issues/2948|#2948>)
