Are there docker images available for the kotlin toolchain yet? Would be interesting to see how to do this with the kotlin-toolchain: https://ktor.io/docs/docker.html

We will likely eventually support this case built-in. Right now, you can already do this by implementing a local Jib plugin.

Here is an example of exactly that:

It was just a PoC, so not perfect, but it could be a starting point
