Hi everyone! I’m hiring a *Senior Engineering Manager, Mobile* for the *Fanatics Markets* team.
This is a *fully remote, US-based role* for someone in the *EST or CST time zones*, with a salary range of *$204,250–$268,750 USD*.
Fanatics Markets is building a real-money prediction and trading app at the intersection of *sports, entertainment, culture, and financial markets*. This role will lead the mobile engineering team powering the app and help shape our *Kotlin Multiplatform strategy* as we scale.
We’re looking for a leader who brings a balance of *deep technical credibility*, *strong people leadership*, and the ability to influence *executives and cross-functional stakeholders*. The ideal person is energized by both *platform enablement* and *end-user product delivery* — and is comfortable operating across both.
Must-haves include:
• *Kotlin Multiplatform / KMP* experience
• Experience managing and developing mobile engineers
• Strong Android/mobile technical depth
• Experience leading consumer-facing product teams
