Are there plans to patch Quail 1 with support for the features that were made stable in Kotlin 2.4 (e.g. context params, explicit backing fields, etc...) or will we need to wait until 2026.1.3?

Quail 2 is almost stable so it likely has those changes

I'm still seeing errors in Quail 2 RC for explicit backing fields and collection literals.

And they are errors in Quail 3 Canary 2 as well :slightly_frowning_face:

Do you see these errors in latest IntelliJ?

I haven't tried IntelliJ in years :sweat_smile:

Looks like it is happening in the Intellij 2026.1.3 as well. I thought it was supposed to be fixed there, so I guess I'll check in on YouTrack :smile:
