Well it's been a long time coming, but I've finally releases Ballast 5.1.0, with server-side integrations for Ktor, Postgres-backed Job Queues, refactored Schedules to support Cron expressions and exact-time delivery for Android using AlarmManager, and fully reorganized documentation.
