*What we're looking for in you:*
• 4+ years of experience working on production Android apps (if you can showcase one, even better!)
• Know your way around the classics: MVVM, Clean Architecture, testing, CI/CD, Compose
• Have good communication and problem-solving skills
• Enjoy improving the codebase and burning tech debt
• Are located in The Netherlands :flag-nl: and don't require visa sponsorship *(this is a hard requirement)*
*What you hopefully are looking for in us:*
• Flat hierarchy, accountability-driven -&gt; no management layers
• Flexible working hours
• Flexible hybrid model: 50% in office, you decide when
• Offices in Utrecht and Groningen (commuting reimbursed)

I am going through a lot of challenges in my music journey and as an android developer I get so many ideas of solving these challenges using technology .
