Now that Kotlin Multiple Context Parameters have been stabilized. I'd love to share a library I have been working on which heavily uses Multiple Context Parameters:

This is basically like `kotlinx-html` but for SVG! I attempted to support the entire SVG 1.1 spec in the most type safe way I could. Even parent child element relationships are type safe. My goal is to maintain this as a sister library to `kotlinx-html` and `kotlin-css`. 

Just like `kotlinx-html` this can be used on the JS and WasmJS targets to generate DOM elements as well as Text/Appendable.
