*Kova v0.4.0 has been released!*

Kova is a type-safe Kotlin validation library built around *Context Parameters* — and with the Kotlin 2.4.0 release, Context Parameters are now an official, stable language feature! This release updates Kova to target Kotlin 2.4.0 and drops the `-Xcontext-parameters` flag, so you can enjoy the same expressive, composable validator API on stable Kotlin with no experimental flags required.

*What’s new:*
• New: Binary compatibility validator integrated into the build
• Fixed: `BigDecimal` values outside the range of `Double` now validate correctly
• Fixed: Validation path prefixes are preserved and duplicate log entries removed
• Docs: README updated for the Kotlin 2.4.0 release
