Does anyone have experience consuming large Paging3 datasets in SwiftUI with placeholders enabled? We have datasets with 100k+ items, and if we try to consume LazyPagingItems similar to how compose UI does it performance is suboptimal.

We have this setup:

ScrollView { LazyVStack { ForEach(pagingItems) } }

For a 100k+ item dataset with 100 items loaded the size of PagingItems is 100k+ because of all the placeholders, ForEach seems to lazily load visible items, but tries to frequently get the ids of the entire 100k+ dataset to diff with. Even if nearly all of those ids are placeholders keys performance chokes quite a bit while scrolling.
