Has there been any consideration for adding `EnumSet` and `EnumMap` to Kotlin? For JVM, t would be convenient to have methods like `toEnumSet()` and `enumSetOf(...)`. (In particular, `enumSetOf&lt;MyEnum&gt;()` looks better than `EnumSet.noneOf(MyEnum::class.java)`, and a `toEnumSet()` could detect when the underlying `Iterable` is empty to avoid the `IllegalArgumentException` by using the reified type argument.
