No there is not. And implementing something like that on detekt (right now) would be really difficult.

It is possible. But detekt works at file level. And a rule like that needs a bigger scope.

I think that there is an open issue for this. But as I said, right now, it's really difficult. Detekt needs new capabilities to be able to implement a rule like that.
