I was looking at PRs and saw github.com/infix-de/testBalloon/pull/91 by @mbonnin.
Since I don't do plugin development, wondering what does this change from the perspective of TestBalloon and the end user?

It's the first stage of this endeavor. You get one TestBalloon version for all Kotlin versions and the compiler plugin will adapt automatically.
