The next Jewel version, 0.40, will move to CMP 1.12.0-beta02 or higher

FYI we just decided to ship 0.40 without the CMP upgrade since we've found some... creative Compose UI tests in the JetBrains monorepo that fail badly on 1.12. We'll need some more time to fix them, and hopefully this will also be fixed in CMP by then, so we ship in a better state
