I’ve wanted to add MakerNote support for a long time, but translating all the relevant ExifTool docs is a huge amount of work... for a human. It turns out DeepSeek V4 Flash is pretty good at scraping pages like <https://exiftool.sourceforge.net/TagNames/Canon.html|exiftool.sourceforge.net/TagNames/Canon.html> and generating constants from them. Now I’m kinda glad I waited with this task. :sweat_smile: It costed me just $5 (because DeepSeek did not raise the prices yet :grin:).

My EXIF Viewer has also been updated to the latest release.
In the HEX view, you can now see a lot more details about the file.
