What is your setting - edit scheme -> diagnostic

182% seems like a lot. Check your recomposition graph and see if any wasted compositions are happening or if there are any infinite recompositions

Memory and cpu both are very high. In my observation memory goes up by 20-40% and cpu by 10-20%.

Make sure: Mallock stack logging & thread senitizer are off in edit scheme -> diagnostics

Also check recomposition and leaks in page as suggested by @Tanish Azad

For me on pro max it goes up by 70-80mb and on iPhone SE by 30-35mb.

In this case looklike some code issue not in cmp. You may need to debug further
