With the new AGP/KMP structure, how would an Android `Activity` be bundled into the Android library artifact only? Or jvm custom Window ?
Where have to be placed here for example <https://github.com/Kotlin/multiplatform-library-template/tree/main/library/src|KMP library template> ?

If you place them in the platform specific sources, they'll only be available for that platform. So in `androidMain` for an `Activity` for example. That's also the only place where platform specific APIs will be available, because you can't reference an Android-only API in `commonMain`.
