This release is built against Kotlin 2.4.10.

It introduces support for the new HTTP `QUERY` method (which I'm honestly irrationally excited about; `GET`, you are dead to me!)

Also, exports are parallelized now, which can cut down on the time it takes to snapshot all your routes quite a bit. (Thank you <@U021AJK3ZUL> for requesting that!)

Kobweb plugin tasks are now up to date with Gradle 9.7,0 and, we believe, "Isolated Projects" compatible. (But don't get too excited -- it will probably not be until Kotlin 2.5.x that KGP will allow you to enable it.)

Also, a new Kobweb CLI should be coming out soon, hopefully within a few hours if I don't run into any surprising technical issues. I've already had the changes working for me locally for two weeks or so now. It makes the experience just a little bit nicer in various ways. I'm looking forward to getting it into everyone's hands.

New Kobweb CLI should be out for all package managers. If anyone tries to get it and runs into problems please let me know!
