Is there a roadmap for Exposed somewhere that is possible to look at? I'm trying to find out if cursor based pagination is even planned or not. I could only find offset pagination, so we might need to implement it outselves.

The main restriction being that it only yields batches for queries involving tables with autoincrementing identity columns, and limits the cursor to this id value.
