Maven Central has 0.39 as the last published release. Were 0.40 and 0.41 dropped?

Publishing to Central is done by the IntelliJ CI when the branch that carries that Jewel release ships

0.41 is being tested and should ship with 262.3, but 0.40 should have been published alongside 262.2
