Hey :wave: anyone else getting a full rebuild on every Xcode build with Swift Export?

`embedSwiftExportForXcode` can never be a no-op — `copy{Debug,Release}SPMIntermediates` declares no `@Output*`, so even on a no-op build it re-copies 109 files into `BUILT_PRODUCTS_DIR`: 0 bytes changed, 109 mtimes bumped,. That's a full recompile of every importer plus a relink, on every build.

Is a fix in the works? And meanwhile, has anyone got a workaround they're happy with?
