Hey everyone 👋 I am Freddy and joined the Kotlin Developer Advocates Team in July.

I'm coming to Tokyo to speak at JJUG CCC on the 28th of November. It would be great to also visit the local KUG and looking at this channel there seems to be a Server-Side Kotlin Meetup!
I would love to do a session on server-side Kotlin there!

Hi Freddy! I’m Masaki Sugimoto, one of the organizers of Server-Side Kotlin Meetup.
As Naoto mentioned, our next meetup is on October 14. Our sessions are usually in Japanese, and we don’t provide interpretation. Since this event is in October and your trip is planned for November, the timing might not work out, but if you happen to be in Tokyo then, we’d love to have you join us!

Sorry, Freddy! We hold Server-Side Kotlin Meetup once a quarter, and due to our sponsors’ availability, we’re unable to organize another event so soon after the October meetup.
There may be other one-off meetups outside of Server-Side Kotlin Meetup, though we’re not aware of any specific ones. It might be worth checking with @masaru horioka, who also works at JetBrains and is based in Japan. He may be able to suggest a suitable meetup!
