Spectre 0.7.0 is on Maven Central 👻

Highlights:
• Opt-in JUnit screenshot golds (assertMatchesGold)
• Multi-window composite screenshots + Dialog visual-idle
• Single Wayland portal session for capture and input (so you don't get flooded by portal requests)
• Exposed more data over HTTP, with tighter exposure defaults
• Windows Graphics Capture region: no more feeding an HMONITOR into DisplayId (saves from some mismatches)
• Bunch of bugfixes!
