Am I right that to run compose on iOS I need latest JB IDE (sure xcode works) but that one doesn’t support latest AGP. How do you test iOS apps on your dev machines?

Usually I directly use Xcode to run it.

You can fully use Android Studio to run your CMP app on iOS.

I can not find run configuration in Android studio. Should I just use some gradle task?

Did you follow the CMP project setup? It by default should create a project that ready to run on both Android and iOS. You should also have the Kotlin Multiplatform plugin installed.
