Hi!

We're currently exploring the possibility to prohibit running the compiler on JDK &lt;17, and starting Kotlin `2.5.0-Beta1`, the compiler now emits a deprecation warning, and includes an opt-out flag (`-Xallow-pre-17-runtime-jdk`). Ideally, we would like to promote the diagnostic to an error in `2.5.0-Beta2`, and drop the opt-out starting `2.5.20-Beta1` but if you'd like to share some concerns regarding it, feel free to reach out to me!
