FYI I found an issue in IJ core that affects KSP (as I found it debugging a KSP processing flake): youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-394216

cc: @Jakob Villumsen should we add a patched copy of CoreJarHandler.java in KSP until this is fixed upstream. I think we have done similar things before?
