Hey! Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I couldn't find a better channel for it. I've been trying out a lot of Android Studio versions lately (for new features and to fix bugs), and I was a bit surprised by how slow the downloads are on my fast internet connection.
Android Studio updates through JetBrains Toolbox only reach ~8 MB/s. From a quick look at the logs, Toolbox pulls them from `<http://edgedl.me.gvt1.com|edgedl.me.gvt1.com>`, which seems to be capped at about 7–8 MB/s per connection. The same file from `<http://dl.google.com|dl.google.com>` (the browser download) runs at ~50 MB/s, and other JetBrains IDEs in Toolbox download at full speed.

Is that normal, and is there anything that could be done about it?
It's not a big deal, but I'm also curious why the speed limit is so aggressive
