I've added support for Wear to the Compose UI Builder I've been playing with.
It's AI first, so the point is a shareable URL or .uid file, and collaborating with an agent in chat on the design.
Then export code to Android Studio, or SVG to Figma.

Supports Wear Compose Apps and Wear Widgets. There is a public server, but you can run it yourself locally if adventurous.
