I use EAP 263.6259.32, and I cannot open the Gradle Tool window. What's the reason?

I tested the same build, IU-263.6259.32, and the Gradle tool window works for me with a linked Gradle project. In your screenshot, the Gradle tool window action is grayed out, which usually means the project isn’t linked. Could you right-click the root settings.gradle.kts or build.gradle.kts and select Link Gradle Project?

Hm, for some reasons after switching the branch, the linked Gradle project was lost. After restarting IntelliJ, the link notification was shown again.

But sometimes, you cannot open the settings.gradle.kts files when there is a bug in your build logic before using Gradle 9.7 (resilience sync), so the project files view does not show any files at all.
