Hello, would there ever be introduction of allowing infix functions to use a hidden ‘this’ when no receiver is declared? So that you could do something like

fun foo(either: Either<A, B>, either2: Either<A, B>) {
  var x = bind either
  var y = bind either2
  // instead of either.bind()
}

how would that avoid breaking

foo bar
baz

which currently is handled as

foo.bar(baz)

given infix fun bar?
