Kilua RPC will soon become fully multiplatform. You can already check the multi_target branch. There will be js, wamsjs, jvm, android, linux, windows, macos and ios clients available in the next version. I'm waiting for Kotlin 2.5.0-Beta2 for the new release.

it will use tauri, electron ?

You are probably confusing Kilua (web ui framework) and Kilua RPC (rpc library) 🙂 I wrote about the second one.
