I've just cut a <https://github.com/arrow-kt/arrow/releases/tag/2.3.0-alpha.7|new alpha release> for 2.3.0. My intention is for this to be the last one before the final release, to keep the tradition of releasing Arrow before LambdaWorld (which happens next week).

If somebody has some important fix or PR to be delivered here, please let me know asap.

<@U7051GKRQ> I've heard from Simon that you may want to add something to SuspendApp. Is this related to the library itself or only to the tests?

There's a race condition on exitCode for Js/Native between the `exitAfter` and the `exit(e.code ?: -1)` resulting in either the "sig+128" or "255" error depending on which wins. Finalising a fix now
