:kodee-excited:*Kotlin 2.5.0-Beta2*, the second preview release in the 2.5.0 cycle, <https://kotlinlang.org/docs/whatsnew-eap.html|is now available!>

In addition to the <https://kotlinlang.slack.com/archives/C0B8RC352/p1790170626482549|highlights introduced in Beta1>, Beta2 brings the following *server-side updates:*
• *Support for `lombok.fieldDefaults.defaultPrivate` in the Kotlin Lombok compiler plugin* — <https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/KT-76529|KT-76529>
• *Support for multiple Lombok annotations that generate companion members on the same class* — <https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/KT-86915|KT-86915>
If you’re curious, give the preview a try! We’d be incredibly happy to hear about Lombok, compiler plugin, or Java interoperability issues, unexpected behavior, or any other feedback reported at <http://kotl.in/issue|kotl.in/issue> or here in Slack! :thread-please:
