Is it possible to use the native image compiler with Kotlin Toolchain automatically?

Sorry I missed your message. No there is currently no way to configure how the Kotlin Toolchain calls the compiler. It uses the Build Tools API for JVM, and the standard Kotlin/Native|JS|Wasm compilers for other targets.
