Is it just me, or is it very difficult to find what's new in each release? The changelog is just a list of links to fixed issues, and each linked issue contains a long discussion thread which makes it difficult to find what exactly was the final chosen solution.

You’ll find a blog post with everything detailed once it is officially released. Right now artifacts are appearing, but the release process is quite long.
