Folks, a curious question: I really enjoying reading Design Proposal from the Kotlin Team (ie, <https://github.com/Kotlin/KEEP/blob/master/proposals/context-receivers.md|Context Receivers>) and I find its quality outstanding - so I was wondering… is there any comprehensive material on how the Kotlin Team approach these Design Proposals? Any reference would be really appreciated. :slightly_smiling_face:

This is what I know: language features and breaking changes are tracked on <https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/KT?q=tag:%20for-language-committee%20|Youtrack>, and I guess all proposals from <https://github.com/Kotlin/KEEP|KEEP> finally need to go there to be approved by the committee.
