Yeah Azul Systems has a version of OpenJDK natively built for M1 now.

@Egor Babarykin actually never heard of them before. I never heard of Azul either before this whole M1 benchmark experience :).
If they are all just stock OpenJDK then bases should be covered already though.

I'm not seeing a Mac ARM package listed yet on their download page...
Seems the only ARM packages are for Linux

People have it and Windows running in QEMU. There is at least one project to get Linux working on bare metal though: https://www.patreon.com/marcan

yeah no I mean bare-metal, the only reason I would buy one of those M1 machines is if I can run linux on it
