There’s a #C19FD9681 in this slack, maybe we should make a #bazel as well? (cc @christiangruber who’s doing a lot of work with Kotlin support in Bazel)

I've commented on the occasional thing in #C0B8PUJGZ But most of the action is on the bazel slack #kotlin channel. But if we start a bazel channel here, i'll try to watch it.
