I'd love feedback on what people think a fair hourly rate is for a mobile developer with 3 yrs experience training a team of developers in Kotlin? It would be for 40 hrs of work a week in a month long gig. Training may include tech talks, writing sample code, and providing code reviews. Most travel expenses will be covered as well. Thus far, I've heard everything from $150 - $250 / hr. Much appreciated! Adam

It varies wildly depending on location

Yes really depends on the company paying, and where they are

It is a small start-up based in San Diego, with the team / gig in Mexico. I get the perception they are well funded as they have hired my former director from a large tech company as a consultant to lead the dev team.

it also depends on what you are teaching them, how much experience do they have?
