How is the email address used, is it stored? does it end up in a CRM? or worse a mailchimp list?

If we did use your email for anything else than to send you the code without telling you and confirm, it would be illegal.

Due to this being a google form, the email is stored in the corresponding sheet in our drive until we send out the code, then it is deleted.
