When I change maven/gradle config file, there is popup notification which suggests to “import settings”. Is there a way to navigate to the popup and “click” the link from keyboard (i.e. without mouse/trackpad)?

I don't think I've ever encountered an Idea dialog that doesn't work with the keyboard.

The popup is not in focus and I’m not sure it even can be. It’s not a dialog, it’s notification popup balloon.
