There are two solutions about <https://blog.jetbrains.com/kotlin/2021/06/kotlin-features-survey-edition-2/#package-private-visibility|Package-private visibility> in the kotlin feature survey.
It seems good to have some way to mark a package like suggested in solution 2, but just curious that how will it be implemented. Will it be something like __init__.py in python?

For most features from that list we don't have any proper design, only some suggestion about the way with can solve specific problem. Currently we don't have enough resources to design and implement all of them.
So this survey will helps us to understand which features are more desired by community and on which features we should focus at first
